Our Ordering Process

We’re committed to making it as easy as possible to order your loved one’s memorial from us. We know that this can be a very distressing time for you, so we’re here to guide you through every step of the ordering process.

Step 1

Choose Memorial

Once you’ve chosen the perfect memorial for your loved one and have selected an inscription that you’re satisfied with, we’ll get in touch with the churchyard or cemetery on your behalf to obtain confirmation that your chosen material and memorial size are acceptable. We can then take a low deposit and complete the essential paperwork.

Step 2

Approve Design

Once we receive approval for our permit application, we can get to work on creating your chosen memorial. If you wish to add artwork to your memorial, you should now supply us with your design or photograph. Before we start work on your inscription, we will send you a proof so you can check the spellings and dates thoroughly. Should any amendments be required, you can request them at this stage.

Step 3

Fit & Fix

We will fit and fix your loved one’s memorial in the churchyard or cemetery before issuing you with a photograph of the completed memorial and your final invoice.

Professional and tailored service for my dads headstone. They were patient and listened carefully to what we wanted and what was to be put on the headstone itself. Also quicker than I thought, they have done a top job! Many thanks again. Patrick

Patrick Christie
